Nice recipe, but the actual cooking has quite a few mistakes. Like: you don't cook the garlic first and don't dump raw chicken over cooked veggies ...
Chicken first, then add veggies, otherwise we are contaminating the vegetables, plus over cooking vegetables…Food handlers safety
Asian people do in this way! Garlic first to perfumes oil.
Then onion and tomatoes,then chicken.
Most of Asians and Indians recipes start from garlic first.
