My favourite piece of Dixieland Jazz. This was wonderful to listen to
Loved them in Birmingham 1960 - Still Great - looking at the suits, ties and haircuts some of these guys may have been there then ;-)
Superb tune! Would've been nice to hear a Ton solo but I suppose you can't have everything. Bravo gentleman!
Great music unlike the cr*p today.
why do you censor crap lol

Love your coment I was borne in 1945 in australia now living in new zealand love all that jazz
Absolute class love the Dutch swing college
Saw them play Blackpool Central pier in the 80s. Fabulous band - me and my dad had a load of their vinyl.
Top-notch rendition of one of my favorites! I found a lot to try to emulate in each of the solos, as well as the overall arrangement. What's the background of the group's name. Did they start when they were in college together?
The band was formed in Netherlands in 1945 by a group of young people who had to practice in secret since jazz music was banned by the Nazi's. This is the same band, with new members being added as the years go on. Pretty cool, huh?
Swing it!!!!
Awesome!!
Dat is een plantje.
Love you Katz!
The Slick Six plus One.
Once again, why no Ton solo?
Drummer not good enough to do a solo then😏
I don't think this arrangement calls for a drum solo, just the brass instruments get one in this song.
nothing extraordinaire
too noisy
