Feminists have been complaining too much that the Church is misogynistic. Now when the Church elevates a woman these feminists don't like it. Damn if you do, damn if you don't. Mary is the Queen Mother which just follows biblically. Kings in the Old Testament have their mothers as the Queen. A Catechism here. Latria is the honor given only to God. And idolatry is the honoring of false gods. Dulia is the veneration of saints. Hyperdulia is the veneration given only to our Mother Mary, the highest honor given to a woman. What more can feminists ask for?
