For Bharath, our Constitution must be based on our inherited civilizational knowledge and lived experience. Hence we have base it on the principles of DHARMA. A thorough study of all Smrutis and the commentaries thereon Can guide us towards framing a Constitution relevant to our culture and civilization. As of now, it's all cut-paste job of Western philosophies. Shri BN Rao did this job well.
