Criteria to unlock teams in 2014 :
Red Bull - Beat Teammate, finish anywhere
Mercedes - Beat Teammate, finish in standings P1
Ferrari - Beat Teammate, finish in standings P2 - P3
Williams - Beat Teammate, finish in standings P4 - P5
Force India - Lose To Teammate, finish in standings P1 - P3
Lotus - Lose To Teammate, finish in standings P4 - P6
Toro Rosso - Lose To Teammate, finish in standings P7 - P9
Sauber - Lose To Teammate, finish in standings P10 - P13
Mclaren - Beat Teammate, finish in standings P14 - P17
Marussia - Lose to teammate, finish in standings P18 - P20
