Box is so big! I had to take all the parts out and chuck them in the back of my bronco to get it home. Hindsight…should’ve strapped it to the roof. Awesome prop for sure! Got it for $200 the day after Halloween. Counting down the days for Halloween 2023!

It's a whole lot easier putting him together laying forward and halfway propped up. like on his belly.

The N piece will sorely test your resolve! This animatronic is not for a beginner unless you have mad construction skills!

I’m having an awful time getting the chest connected. This is our second year with him last year we were able to get him up but this year we’re struggling. Any tips?

Yes, mine was the same way. I put a little automotive grease on the inside of the metal tubing where it will connects to the legs. Then I started the connection sliding the torso on the leg poles just till they touch the push pins. Next slide the box to where the top of the chest is sitting on top of the box and that will give you the angle to pop the leg poles in much easier. If you don’t have grease then just use vasseline, oil, even a little cooking spray will work. Hopefully this helps and Happy Halloween 🎃

Has anyone had to fix their Immortal Werewolf eyes? I have one eye that went to plain white and never came back after one day of use. I’ve written to the manufacturer 3 times so far and have gotten no reply. I’ve just dismantled him to put him away, but wondered if anyone knows a fix for this problem. The manufacturer seems to be useless. $400 for a prop that failed to work on Halloween. Needless to say, I’m not happy.

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that. Mine has worked fine and I had it outside over 30 days in the hot hot Florida sun and through a couple of rain storms but I did notice the mouth movement getting louder. Upon disassembly I noted the right arm at the shoulder was separating. I did go on Home Depot to see if anyone mentioned the eyes and their is a couple reviews of that. It seems they answer the Home Depot question so try that route, if not then try this email I got off Home Depot. customerservice@svius.com
That’s the email they are telling customers to use along with Name, address, weather or not it was bought this year, what store it was bought from, model # and a photo or video if it helps.

@@MonsterMike816 Thanks. Yes, that’s the email address I’ve used…3 times already. They’re not answering other than an automated response that keeps assigning me ticket numbers but never gets any further response. It’s so frustrating.

@@mkskupa sorry to hear that, I’ll see if I can dig a little deeper and get another contact method.

Margaret, okay so I did the same as you as far as emailing the link they give and no replies. I went back on HD website and wrote another review and mentioned how horrible it was that the customer service says use that link but never actually gets back to you like they are only answering people on the HD site to save face with them so I couldn’t leave a 5*. Surprisingly the next day they answered me directly about request for parts and are shipping it to me now. Try this method because it worked for me. Hopefully this helps you out.
