For true fairness I would take regeneration from the the orcs and give them flesh eater instead as it still allows them to heal only when attacking which is less op. Humans should also get luck trait to give them a boost. Luck only increases dodge and accuracy by 5%.
Elves should get the agile trait which gives them a boost to attack speed. Dwarves should get Tough trait which gives 2% plus armour.
All other traits for the species should stay the same. I think this would definitely balance them out.
The last main patch of the game before the traitor editor nerfed the Elves damage from like 12 to 8, they really suck now and mostly lose everytime. I hope with the major update in December they get a buff
what really killed them this time was the orcs using the mountain for cover so they came out super close and rushed the elf archers
I think it would be better to do buff as shattered pixel does with shattered pixel dungeon. He doesnt buffs directly but with other things. Good idea for the buff i think is elves will have few more things in culture. It will be about magic. Like 3 levels of magic. It lets them(lvl 1) turn trees into alive trees for trees to defend them(like one tree in 10 years). (Lvl2) to let them turn trees faster (like 9 years) and in 20 years call druid for few years, and in lvl3 to turn trees in 8 years, call druid in 19 years, and create silver in 20 years

From experience demons can wipe out an entire town with ease. I think the weak, ugly, and slow traits could nerf the orcs pretty badly

Nooooo! The orcs are my favourites. Just because they have more than double the base states of the elves, doesn’t mean they have an unfair advantage.

To be honest, turning fast cultures on negates the only disadvantage the orcs have wich is absolutely unfair. If you haven’t better technology you are screwed against the orcs. They even won with being tiny and getting mauled by the demon invasion.

I really like you adding the tiny trait to the orcs but I think you should also give them ugly (so they repopulate slower than normal) and you should take away the regeneration trait because that always seemed like a bit of a random and overpowered trait to give them
you cant remove traits like that
Game devs should swap the orcs regeneration trait for flesh eater which only causes healing when attacking which is less op.

What you said isnt really true about rebellions, its possible to get a kingdom to control the whole world though pretty rare/lucky. A kingdom that got a naturally immortal king(which turned evil later) was able to conquer all 25 human villages despite island distance, and there being 4 cultures. His max is 14 villages with governance 3. Its pretty exciting
hold up that's rare every time i play only one kingdom ends up controlling the world and yes i do have rebellions on and diplomacy

Ugly is probably the most appropriate and effective trait to nerf the orcs with-if they reproduce less, they'll have less army.
The reason the orcs are powerful is because of regeneration
Yo the series is back. I hope that the next update nerfs the orcs. But aside from that side comment I think you remove the attractive quirk cause thats what makes the orcs make love and have a lot of babies.
Ideas to fix the orcs: Spawn them 10 years late, give them all weakness, & spawning a volcano next to their starting village.
Also maybe you could give all of the orcs weakness as well
I would say fast cultures kind of ruins the developing of kingdoms. What I do is I turn off diplomacy until they have somewhat advanced that way I don't have maxed out cultures from the beginning :>

You should try to give every rase all there bufs for example dwarves are stronger in the crystal and so on
The tiny trait is actually a good thing!Because even though it reduces health it increases speed and attack speed.
Idea: It think you should do this, only with humans, and give each tribe/group different traits.

Orcs are limited by their culture progression and rebellions. Neither are applicable this game. Usually the elves and humans develop cultures the fastest and therefore get the ability to make better weapons to beat the orcs which makes the game more fair.

Here's a idea use selective breeding or whatever it's called and what it does is it makes sure the traits passover 100% so you could give the orks bad traits oh and btw dwarves work better with mountains
I think it'd be nice if you give humans the intelligence trait, or agility?
The thing is historically, humans advanced thanks to superior intelligence and stamina versus other species.

One of the only disadvantages of the orks is that they don't advance fast, so buy turning on fast cultures your giving them a extreme advantage

by maxing cultures immediately, you disadvantage the humans and elves as them developing faster doesn't mean anything.

The problem with the trait editor is that it leaves units affected with the scar trait, wich gives them more health

The orcs got nerfed during the biome update on larger maps I tried it and the orcs always lose
It is just dumb how often there are like 2 armys with like 50 people each go against each other and one side wins and only lost like 6 dudes. Also civilians have like no chance against armed enemys unless they are like 6 vs 1.
Also since the pathfinding got fixed they are much more efficient at destroying Towns and that lead to an much quicker end
They applied only when it is Orcs, any race war in general. Mainly Orcs though.

in a world of darkness and war there is a light a knight on a mission get rid of the darkest days and now he's traveling to a village called narike with a bow a mace and a sword and dagger with some food he's traveling with two dogs name ace and bolt and a dark gray horse named storm when walking down the path he sees a bandit camp and he diecided to kill the bandits and loot the camp he pulls out the bow he brang shoot but the arrow drop and hit the body of the bandit and they were alert charge him he quickly draws a arrow and headshot the bandit the other bandit attack him but storm pick up the bandit tries to get out but fails storm throws the bandit against a tree so hard it broke all of his ribs and he can't get up and storm comes up to him and stomp on his head crushing his skull
good work storm and ace he says in a deep voice. what he find is a better mace and some more arrows and wood and some hides form a tent he diecided to rest here he hitch up storm rosy some beef for him and ace bolt and now he's tired and sleeps for the night in a woman come up to camp try to sneak but bolt smell s the women barks at her and the barks wake up the knight he his dagger ready he get out of the tent and sees the woman he ask who are you the woman rase her hands don't kill my name is Ariana tomo the knight put his dagger in his sheath what doing in my camp he say I was trying get some food to feed my children ok I give some of my food but I'm going with you to make sure you aren't lying she says follow me ok then the knight says he get ready he put his armor on and his mace, sword and bow and get storm onhicth get the dogs ready to he on storm I'm ready.
the woman take him to a wore down shack when the woman opens the door there are two dead children one boy and one girl looked starved the woman drops to her knees crying but once the woman started to cry the knight his noise in the bush he get closer and a wolf human like firgue stands up they looked at each other for a minute . the wolf human punches the knight he flys back into the shack he get up ready his sword and mace and charge it he attack it with his sword but it jump over it and go towards the woman it tries to attack her but get in font in time and block it. it says give me the woman the knight says no he use magic to give push it away and he cast elongate on his sword as the swords elongate with bule light and do five spend hitting it but the last one doesn't hit It disappear for a moment and it appears again behind him grabbing him throw him again but he lands on his feet the knight tells ace and bolt and storm to attack him storm charge it and nock it back and the dogs are holding it down and ripping it apart and the knight jumps up a few feet in the air and stomp it gut it howls in pain he ready his mace and smash it head in he pulls out his dagger and cut out the eyes and the teath
he goes to the woman she says why did happened to them why ! the knight says it not safe travel with me she says ok but I have to bury them the knight says I help after a few hours are you ready now she says yes still crying he Ariana on his horse and get on too he calls the dogs over and they start traveling to narike after a few weeks passed and now they are at village inn the knight says are you sure that you want travel she says yes because I saw a mark on that beast and have the same mark since I was younger i wanna find out what the mark is since I saw it disappeared when you killed it and my children have the mark too

The orcs being OP is one of the biggest "issues" of WorldBox.
Orcs are designed stronger in combat because they are meant to have massive diplomacy and culture Debuffs. They're supposed to be constantly infighting and technologically stunted.
The problem is that most content creators, and many players, do these quick species-empire wars. A small or fast game completely removes the orcs' drawbacks though, as they never expand large enough for infighting from low diplomacy, and the game doesn't last long enough for other species to pull ahead in tech.
