Dato: cuando se guarda el archivo te lo hace como html, lo que se debe hacer es abrir un block de notas, copiar el código de github y guardarlo como .yaml A mí me funcionó perfecto, muchas gracias!
Thak you bro, It was a great help, I was trying to configure zabbix for fortinet for last 2 months, I didnt knew to enable SNMP for the interface to make things right. anyway thank you very much.
Really glad that it helps you, take care SNMP is not a secure connection try to make it back to back connection between zabbix and fortigate, in a private connection.
Check for Updates: Make sure you are using the latest version of Zabbix. Software updates often introduce new features and improvements. It's possible that YAML support has been added in a more recent version. Community Add-ons: Check if there are any community-created plugins or extensions that add YAML support to Zabbix. Sometimes, third-party developers create add-ons that extend the functionality of software like Zabbix.

Please help me, I have Fortinet 200F (buit version 7.4.0) and Zabbix (version 6.4.8). When I follow the steps and import template it prompts me to an issue as I have pasted below: Details Import failed: Unable to parse at line 7 (near ""). Note: I have tried different fortinet template, but I observe same issue, Please help me to fix this issue. Thank you.
primeramente muchas gracias por le aporte, pero al momento de importar me da el siguiente error Unable to parse at line 8(near ""), sabes a que se deba el error??
Thanks for your comment , You are probably trying to import something, that is not really a template file... There is no "" anywhere in template file... Maybe you should try to copy all of this raw.githubusercontent.com/za..._(snmpv2).yaml into a file and then import it... file extention is .yaml make sure you download the right file
Currently I'm in the same situation as you. I followed the video but SNMP it is red and it shows "timeout when connecting to..." Have you found a way to fix it yet?

What about the firewall rules? I allowed SNMP service on all ports necessary and I get timeout response.
Currently I'm in the same situation as you. I followed the video but SNMP it is red and it shows "timeout when connecting to..." Have you found a way to fix it yet?
@25.trinhphucquyenninh96 Sadly, I found no solution for the SNMP monitoring, so I did setup HTTPS monitoring instead.
Make sure you downloaded the same file as the firewall version from the website
