Honestly, i don't think they both needed this more than anything. I was super confused a few episodes back, but now i know it. They both needed it. Sometimes to understand each other, you need time away from them. Y/n needed to realize her own worth and Levi needed to relaize the worth of the time, the togetherness of being with each other, simply having your love's company. She needed to grow and levi gave her wings to grow. You know what is the meaning of a good partner. Well done at writing Levi's character. It is so cannon here and at the same time, it reflects his more human side. This is probably the most realistic version of Levi Ackerman ive read in any of the fanfiction. The true definition of a partner is someone who doesn't cages you in, but lets you grow and explore the sky. Really respect Levi and his character here. He did not bound Y/n to him and prevent his growth. Your understanding on love and partnership is excellent. Thank you for bringing this story to life. Sigh. This is sooooo long. But i wanted to thank you for this. This fic changed a lot of my way of seeing things.
I think I’ve read this comment at least 7 times in the past day, and at it always made me smile. I’m so happy to know that you perfectly got my intentions in writing his character, and the way he stumbled and made mistakes before realising what was right to do for the both of them. I wanted the readers’ journey to be the same as Y/N, not understanding at first but then seeing where his choice lead things and understanding why he was right in doing what he did. We still have something to see about the way he changed, too, but you clearly managed to empathise with my version of him, and that really means a lot to me. You just got everything right even if sometimes I might not have been that clear in explaining things. Words cannot say how much your words made me happy, I mean this. Thank you.
