But brands like Mcd, kfc works on process management. They spend money and time on reaching better process. They work on temperatures, filling 100 reports daily.. If process is wrong they shut there operations too.. Secondly they have limited menu of less expertise required... We can't run operations of Tandoor, Indian Gravy without expert or chef

According to owner he have 4 staff which means unki salary around 45000-50000 hoge..Iss mei chef less model kya hua...Cloud kitchen concept ka yeh sabse baada cost hai...People who are owners of this kind of business will understand better...
Absolutely Harpreet ji, Shalabh was in process to apply chefless, till the interview he didn't, now he has. Dominos, KFC, MCD, Fasoos, Behrouz, no one has chefs.
But brands like Mcd, kfc works on process management. They spend money and time on reaching better process. They work on temperatures, filling 100 reports daily.. If process is wrong they shut there operations too.. Secondly they have limited menu of less expertise required... We can't run operations of Tandoor, Indian Gravy without expert or chef
