- This movie goes over aggregate expenditure and its relationship with real GDP and the 45 degree line graph.
It is important to understand the differences that occur with aggregate expenditure especially when the outcomes are different than what one would expect them to be. That's why we explore aggregate expenditure's relationship to the 45 degree line and talk about the intuitive implications of this relationship.

Interesting... that could be the case if the marginal propensity to consume is 0, which is rarely the case.

So basically do nothing..
any way to do this on excel?
What does Y=AE mean? Aggregate Expenditure? Is that synonymous with Real GDP?
HELP!! but my teacher said aggregate demand equals to planned aggregate expenditure, why is not real aggregate expenditure?

Dear sir, I think you will find that the x-axis of your graph ought to be labelled the 'nominal'or, Money GDP, as the axis is trying to demonstrate the effect of inflation on GDP, instead of showing the adjusted value. Sincerely.
i have been enlightened .

Does the AE line = C+I+G+NX?
Thank you sir.
C+I and C+I+G and C+I+G+NX should be horizontal lines, since they do not depend on the GDP...
