    Hi. Curiosity, I probably should just try it but how bitter are the carrot leaves after cooking?

      The carrot leaves tempura doesn’t have bitter taste.
      Fresh carrot leaves have bitter flavor, but the bitter flavor disappears after cooking them in the oil.
      Carrot leaves tempura is very crispy and tasty, so I love it.
