- Here is one of the brand new Amreps from Mesa. One of the fastest Amrep's I've seen in a good while. The driver used to work for LA for a few years which is why he was very well versed in Amreps. Hope you all enjoy

Nice video! That FA almost did a 360 there at 1:29 ha ha. You were right about this driver knowing his way around the Amrep controls. On top of that the truck had a great speed.Couldn’t help but laugh at the huge unit number on the back lol. Very entertaining, nice work!

This was during covid while there was a shortage of drivers so they had the recycling drivers empty greenwasre with their recycling load

Question, why do Amreps have a separate packer and ejection panel? Other garbage trucks like the Curbtender Have the packer for both packing and ejecting.
Back in the 90's all Amreps have a single packer before a fatal accident with a school bus in LA

it's also to protect the hopper floor, all trash lands on the top of the ejector panel which can easily be replaced

@Palz4lf actually I work for the city of Ontario and I used to work at UWS and Burrtec but what’s wrong with driving buses for a living ? It’s honest work why are you trying to talk people down for what they do . Better than being section 8 and collecting welfare for a living
