I ordered 3 different devices and I was only shipped one device. I tried contacting customer service but no one has replied. It has been 3 days. Is there anyone who I can talk to directly? It’s very disappointing to spend so much money on a company but not get the right products I ordered.
I asked my friend to order their devices and skincare worth SGD1.9K from their Singapore branch. Out of the whole order, there was only one device that is Pre-order (to be shipped late ). The Singapore team refused to accede to my request to ship the devices and skincare that are not under preorder first , giving all kinds of excuses. I am flying into Singapore soon and will not be NOT be able to collect these devices because of their refusal to accomodate. Their products may be good but if they have LOUSY customer service, this company will not last. This will be the last time I order and will not recommend any of my family and friends to buy. I believe there are many other products with similar quality and humane and responsive customer service.
I've never had a facial... it must be nice to get pampered... I can't afford it.. plus I have sensitive skin and I wanna get pregnant I rather spend it on that
