I had CFS that just kept getting worse. I saw many doctors and tried many treatments but kept getting worse till I could not leave the house. I knew I had to do something. I did lots of research and started implementing detoxification techniques. Slowly I started to improve and now I am fully recovered. I did a video on this. Do not give up.
It’s like having severe Flu all the time with severe fatigue. Bed ridden most of the time, but little breaks, but everything you do, costs. No joke. Had it for years with fibromyalgia and only now getting some improvement. Having to keep within strict limits, with plenty of rest though.

Look up the International consensus criteria to start with. It is never a good idea to tell someone with lived experience what you think something is, especially without knowing.
Good question. It totally depends on where you live and doctors around you. Maybe there is a specialist near you, or your family doctor may or may not be familiar with the condition…. Sorry I can’t really help, as there is no list of good ME/CFS doctors as far as I know.
I don’t think it’s the ME you described in the video. Those are the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. ME is something that has more to do with pain.
I agree pain is a very common symptom of ME. I have also heard that ME/CFS can accompanied by Fibromyalgia which is mainly characterized by chronic widespread pain.
I've been ill for 40 yrs with Sever FM / CFS / ME. This video is excellent and very accurate. Thank you for the great job you have done.
