    Hey there, just wanted to throw this out there as well to give a helping hand to those looking for the exact sound. For the Amp ENV., he also modified the formant and as well moved the knob to about 0.471 FORMANT Y without any of the ENV. selected. Also in case if anyone missed it as well, at the bottom you have voices, pitch bend, vel track, and porta all notched up as well with the porta type set to on. Hope that helped out a bit :)

    I was really confused cause mine didnt sound anything like yours even though i had gone through the video to see things you didnt mention and i figured out that i needed to set the noise to be modulated by the amplitude envelope and now it sounds very similar epic video

    Hi there ! Very good tutorial it was helpful to understand how the VST works ! One problem is, i followed every steps and i even fix the Sub Shuffle/Distortion Drive in the amp enveloppe but the result isn't the same : it's not distorded at all :/ So the sound is super clean but i want it distorded too haha can you help me ? Thanks again !

    Hey man, very nice tutorial! however (as others) I don't get the sound that you get with those settings. I applied things you didn't say like modulating the sub shuffle with the amp envelope etc, but still it sounds very different (you can also see it in the waveform display, yours is more compex). When adding additional distortion as you said, I'm getting closer, but still i find that I lack some flangery/phasy content that seems to come from helm itself and not from an another plugin on top. What do you advise ? Thanks a lot !

    hey I just found this and I was wondering why I didn't get the same sounds you were getting but then I saw that the noise on the amp env was touched so I put it all the way down then got the exact same sounds you

      it's good enough if you get it close, like 71 or something. almost no audible difference

    Good work! Keep making tutorials with free software. There's a serious lack of that on TH-cam and that could be a good way to grow your channel! Also, keep an eye out for matt tytels new synth that's coming sometime this Year, sometime tells me that it might compete with serum!

    This is great man! I really like the synth and have been using it more than Massive recently. Just a heads up, you're also modulating Sub Shuffle and Distortion Drive with the Amp Envelope and you don't mention this in the video. Maybe add a note?
    On a side note I'll be keeping and eye on your uploads and if you ever want to swap presents - reach out!

    Hi, I ran into the same problem. I set the values to the same ones you did, and my sound isn't even close. I saw your comment to @DStake "I am modulating the Sub Shuffle and Distortion Drive with the Amp Envelope" I want to try it but I do not even know what that means. Is there any way to go about this? Thanks!

    Also, what did you do to make the green bar flicker back and forth under the "filter" section?

    • @Losovox
      @Losovox 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      click on the helm logo under "mono LFO 1" (bottom left corner) and drag the bar on the bottom of "filter" all the way to the right.
