Today you'll learn how to make Perfect Kofta Recipe By Chef Hafsa | Hafsas Kitchen
Ingredients You'll need
750g beef mince
1/2 Cup fresh Chickpea Powder save 2tbsp for gravy
2 tbsp Coconut Powder
1tbsp khashkhash (poppy seeds)(washed and grinded)
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
3/4tsp Garam Masala Powder
1.5tbsp salt
1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4tsp Haldi Powder
fresh mint leaves chopped 1 handful
fresh cilantro chopped 1 handful
1 onion chopped
1 egg
4 fried onion
3 tomatoes
9-10 green chilli
1cup Yogurt
oil 1/2 cup
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5tbsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric (haldi)
1tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp chickpea powder
1tsp methi
1 -2 glass water
4 green chilli
chopped cilantro

Super nice recipe! My mom was also use to make same method. Only difference is instead of coconut powder she used almond powder.
