    Keep in mind he did that against one of the better corners in the league.

    The first thing that impressed me about the young WR was that he's a fierce & willing blocker. You have to have that to run the ball.

    And another thing J tuck as long as he States on this football team he's going to get better and better as the season goes on and how many football games did they put him in that they think when he's ready to be put in.

    Liked what I saw from Flournoy, needs to get better at route running the full route tree but fantastic physical traits. If Lance puts the ball on him quicker on a few plays he likely would have had a good 75 yards in about a half of playing and against the starters. We will need a Young WR to step up after this year and lock down that number two. It’ll be interesting to see how Tolbert does this year and then maybe next year we are looking at Lamb, Tolbert and Flournoy as the top 3 while understanding Ferguson is likely number 2 in target share

    @anthonykeyes8225 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Yes J tuck. I'm kind of glad you showed that play and slow speed yes he should have had pulled it in and make sure he had a better grip on that football but like you said that cornerback made a good play on that football so that's why he wasn't able to carry the football in get a good grip on the football and pull it into his body so that was the reason why he messed up with that play but like. I said before hopefully he should be able to clean that up with some more practice as long as you stay on the football team and get used to whoever is throwing him the football and also catching the football in tight and difficult situations .

  • @anthonykeyes8225
    @anthonykeyes8225 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Yeah J tuck you right he can not have know more of those type of mistakes but like you said that was his first game out in the bright lights he should be able to clean up those mistakes as the season start because. I do see something in him and .I'm not going to give up on him just the same way. I did not give up on Jalen Tolbert or even Cooper Bebe because. I'm a former football player but. I never made it into the pros because of things of my environment where. I live that got me caught up to the point that get me from going to college so when. I see a kid that's on my favorite football team with some Talent with a little bit of rough edges that can be fixed. I don't give up on them even when. I see kids in my neighborhood walking through the streets what day jerseys on. I always try to get them some knowledge and some encouragement stay in school and keep doing what they doing because it's nothing out here.

      @anthonykeyes8225 22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Ryan Flournoy is going to be a great addition and also Jalen Brooks as well going to be fantastic additions to the football team because this wide receiver roster room needs to be uplifted to the point that some of these other wide receivers on his football team light CeeDee Lamb needs to really step his game up and start playing aggressive orange football team instead of playing soft because we don't need know soft ass while receivers on his football team.

    Flournoy is the 4th WR after 2 weeks of practice. Dallas does not now and has not had a true X since Dez left.

    Yes J tuck. I kind of like this kid myself but what. I really like about him is daddy got a big body frame and just like you said any kind of reminds you of a Dez Bryant and a little bit of a Michael Garland by the way how he runs this route and please because if you watch them at the combine at the draft he ran like a 440 and former wide receiver Hall of Famer Chris Carter was timing him on how fast he was running because. I was was watching the draft and. I remember seeing him so once. I heard Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones signed him. I was glad to hear that because. I know he can meet the catches that CeeDee Lamb cannot make like run and jumping in High Point in the football. I'm coming down with it just like how Dez Bryant and Michael Gallup to do when they both played for the Dallas Cowboys .

    Tuck I’m Lowkey out on Tolbert. He didn’t show up against the rams(practice) . Why not give the 3rd receiver spot to the guy who’s not only been better than Tolbert has ever been in the preseason. But he is confident ,consistent , and could bare minimum give us the same thing as Jalen🤷‍♀️

      @CFOSports regardless he's ahead of both jaylens as rookies already. He has the size, speed and athleticism. Chris Carter is his mentor and helped train him. He's already better than them and I like those guys too. When I say already better I mean as a rookie vs both guys as rookies. Neither of them better not slip up during the season because he's a future starting caliber receive. There's an it factor and he passes the eye test. He will make the team over everyone else that aren't in the first five guys. Turpin to me counts in that we count him as a receiver but I don't really count him given all he means and does with special teams. Either way he still steals a spot for now because this guy is a rookie and where he was drafted.

    • @Blade44-tb7zn
      @Blade44-tb7zn หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I agree he won't see the field much on offense unless there are some injuries. He's a faster Dez Bryant and I love that the Hall of Famer Chris Carter took him under his wing. That means something...if he maintains health and keeps working. Then look out!!

      Future 3rd receiver

  • @anthonykeyes8225
    @anthonykeyes8225 23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    See J tuck thats what I like about him you see how he goes up in the air and go after the football and go get it that's the type of wide receivers that we need on this football team not those football players that wait for the football to come to them and just might happen to get it and accept it because of the fact that they're not going after it buy a safety or a cornerback those type of wide receivers. I don't like the ones. I also ways liked it was the ones that would go after the football and make the tough catches like Hall of Famer Drew Pearson used to do like Hall of Fame with Michael Irvin used to do and like Hall of Famer Terrell Owens used to do and definitely just like soon to be one day Hall of Famer Dez Bryant used to do as well.

    Here's "MY PROBLEM" - and I personally like Flournoy, and I have so since Dallas drafted him (admittedly, I didn't know about him before Dallas drafted him), so this is no knock on him.
    Take away Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T. (my nickname for him. Not that I think he's the "G.O.A.T." It's just a play on his name) and Cooks, who is "OLDER" and on the last year of his contract (if he still wants to play, I hope Dallas resigns him and not give him the "GILMORE TREATMENT"), Dallas has TOO MANY WR's with "POTENTIAL."
    They need another "SURE FIRE" WR opposite Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T.
    In the "MODERN NFL", when you look at the number of targets and catches, etc, that Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T. has vs. the "OTHER" WR's have (minus TE Jake Furguson), it's so far OUT OF WHACK, it's ridiculous.
    Personally, I already have - and have so for a while now - Dallas taking a WR pretty high in the 2025 draft. From round 1 - 3.
    Unless one of the current WR's really, really, take off, the Cowboys need another WR more than most Cowboys fans seem to think.
    Before the 2024 draft, when some people suggested Dallas draft a WR in the first round, a lot of people balked.
    Some even went as far as saying, Dallas has one of the best WR units in the NFL.
    NO, THEY DON'T.
    They're TOO Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T "DEPENDED."
    Then, they turn around and act like they don't want to pay him.
    S.M.F.H.
    Personally, I believe that "NO. 1 RECEIVER" mentality is OUTDATED.
    This is the era - or should be the era - of getting your QB as many options as possible.
    I've always said, the Cowboys / the Jones' - and a lot of Cowboys fans, themselves - are STUCK IN THE '90's.
    Where WR Michael Irvin was the NUMBER ONE, TOP DOG and Dallas could get away with "MINIMAL CONTRIBUTIONS" - on a GAME-IN-GAME-OUT basis from the "OTHER" WR's, like Alvin Harper and Kevin Williams, etc.
    THOSE DAYS ARE OVER.
    Once again, personally, I didn't like the "GAME" Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T. played against the Packers (surprisingly, Michael "THE INVISIBLE MAN" Gallup showed up, though. I mean the Gallup who "DISAPPEARED" almost all season last year. Dallas should've been giving Jalen Tolbert MORE REPS to get him better prepared for this year and beyond, etc), but one of the "PROBLEMS" I had was besides Gallup's contribution, nobody else really did anything.
    This is a "PROBLEM."
    Every otber team is trying to get their QB "MORE OPTIONS."
    The Eagles just traded for Jahan Dotson.
    I'm not "BLOWN AWAY" by the move.
    Washington wouldn't have traded him in the division if, they thought he was going to "LIGHT 'EM UP", etc, but at least the Eagles are still trying to get Hurst "MORE OPTIONS."
    Dotson was a recent 1st. round pick, who did GREAT in college, so there's a chance he still could "HIT."
    And the Texans traded for Diggs, etc.
    What are the Cowboys / the Jones' doing?
    VIRTUALLY NOTHING.
    Look at all the WR's "AFTER" Lamb, A.K.A. G.O.A.T., and even after Cooks.
    All the WR's "AFTER" them are "LOADED" with "POTENTIAL."
    And that's "THE PROBLEM."
    The word "POTENTIAL" has always been an "UGLY" word with me.
    A lot of Cowboys fans keep telling me, Tolbert is going to "COME ON" this year - and I hope he does - but there's NO REAL PROOF of that.
    I've been hearing the SAME, EXACT THING about DE / PASS-RUSHER Sam Williams, whose now out for the year with an injury, but he hasn't, to this point, "ASCENDED" yet, either, and Dallas needs a "RUNNING / PASS-RUSHING MATE" to pair with Parsons.
    Lawrence isn't a "BUM", but Dallas, like their WR's "NEEDS MORE."
    If Dallas - and their fans - "WANT" Super Bowls - Dallas is going to "NEED MORE" than JUST ONE DYNAMIC PLAYER at WR and DE / PASS-RUSHER / LB and a bunch of players with "POTENTIAL" and "MINIMAL" CONTRIBUTIONS.
