That is what happens when they do not take care of the source of money and work, I have had a truck for many years and I am on top of it in its maintenance, I change oils, all filters including transmission filters and the bar and its gears, at a truck if you want it to last you have to be on top of it with everything even to grease and lubricate most of its parts, a commercial truck is not your car it is your source of money with which you pay for everything
Very good mechanic i have same problem like this with my 2016 freighliner casdia Cummins isx15 I have put new battery new start even I’m it’s first time replacing starter so I’m not too sure if places start wire correct but even better had this issue all dash light come no crank or start I purchase back may 2023 when go to pick up truck thy jump start and drive 600 mile without shutting of and bring it home I have tried to start July 2023 start mechanic told me all battery are bad i put new 4 battery then he told start I got start and put it my self but same things aslo I’m sure not too sure if hook all wire correctly I think I have same prolem like showing this video
i have an emergency question if you can help please … I have 2016 Cascadia with dt12 automatic transmission and my shift controller on the transmission is damaged … does that make my truck not to start at all ????????????????????? the guy who checked my truck with the computer said so but I kind of have a doubt as it doesn't make sense unless if you confirm i also changed the cpc4 and reprogrammed it to my vin and still doesn't start the truck and that's the only error it's showing just to mention ... the cpc was changed as it was stolen from my truck and i bought 2 used ones ... one is not programmed and it does crank my truck but won't throttle or put gear on .. and the second one is the programmed to my vin and doesn't crank the truck at all
Automatic trans right Yes if the controller is damaged u need to fix that too because send signal to the computer telling the truck is in nutral if don't receive truck never will crank but what I do is make sure the cpc 4 is reprogrammed right then by pass the start see if the truck starters make sure has all 3 check engine light on when u turn the key on position
Also has many videos here in TH-cam truck no start frightening dd15 Maybe can help you Also check fuses by the left front fander the fuse box make sure are good
What was the actual problem with the truck? Did you have to replace anything? Mine just started doing this but it’s a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia and the dash doesn’t show neutral or any gears and it won’t crank. When I got it to start it still wouldn’t show neutral or go into gears so I can’t move it.

I had same situation on mine, my problem tranny controller went bad and clutch also had to be replaced
Are you talking about the transmission control module?
My truck shows lines instead of nuetral and doesn't start
So what is the problem? Fuse brown?
