It seems like the cocking handle now has to come back further compared to your first video when it cocked at roughly 90 degrees.

Hi, the length of lever hasn’t change so shear engagement remains the same but angle at the handle is slightly increased .

Sirve para obtener menos radio de movimiento de palanca, útil para personas con manos y dedos más pequeños, así también el movimiento es más rapido.
Por ejemplo, el Skout Epoch es con palanca corta, aunque he visto M3 con la versión corta de serie también.

To have a shorter turning radius to cock the gun -> so quicker lock time in getting the shot off. Plus for me with shorter fingers I don’t have to remove my grip to cock the lever - i cock with my pointing finger and middle finger as my trigger finger. 😊
