    Hey nice video, only thing that caught me off-guard was you not using subdivide in the edit mode😅😂

      As far as I know there's no difference in terms of which is better. The only real difference is when in edit mode there's never a need to apply the subdivision because changes in edit mode are always applied.

    Couldn't you also use a Solidify modifier?

      In general you could use a solidify modifier. But in this case the car is too complicated and not exactly built correctly. I have the chassis and body along with all the interior parts as one object. Some are non manifold(as in not a fully enclosed object), some are planes and others are fully enclosed. For a plane object, a solidify modifier would work. But when like in this case it's a mix and match, a solidify modifier won't work. Plus it likely would make the object look weird. It's easier and simply works better to create a basic manifold shape the same shape as the car.
