Be aware.... There is a BIG difference between Doctors that fly, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service! Which is actual outback, very very remote...

Interesting they use Isoprenaline for the bradycardia. Legit call on the IV pace. Flying with a partial tension pneumo is def pucker factor. And yea, rural people don't call EMS until they're at deaths door. But the guy didn't need a surgical cardiac intervention until age 89....pretty solid.
Love it, VH-HRS (Westpac 1) Bell 412 made it to yet another documentary! Angles of Mercy, Air Rescue (2013), and now this one. Love seeing the Westpac helicopters fly over all around Northern NSW!

There are 2 types of heroes in this country. The RAC Rescue chopper and the Westpac Rescue chopper.
Aussie Rules comes from Gaelic Football played by Irish gold prospectors & Aussies in the gold Fields of the 1800's. In fact we play against Ireland in a modified form of Gaelic football & we've had Irish players convert to Aussie rules & have played professionally here. Hope any Brits down under here a great time in our large & varied country.👍

1. Women rarely present with left sided chest pain when theyre having a heart attack and 2. how rude to imply that our emergency services would be less caring of women. As a heart failure patient who has had a heart attack I can tell you flat out that I received excellent care from our ambulance service and ER.

Ive never been able to comprehend why someone riding a motorcycle or all terrain vehichle would even believe not wearing a helmet ⛑️ is a good. Idea. Even if you're a good driver. Accidents happen all the time
