Azacca Hazy IPA, Whirlpool hops ONLY!

There are a lot of great Hazy IPAs out there. In this video I'll brew one using Azacca, Strata, and El Dorado hops. I'll be using whirlpool hops only, and then dry hopping in the fermenter. I post the recipe and the BeerMaverick hop comparison too at the end of this short video.

Hello my friend. Yes, the vacation could not have been any better. Our new grandson met his great grand dad while there (his mom and dad spent the entire month in WY with all of us). We played golf in 4 different cities along the way and tried some new breweries too!

This has inspired me to brew an Azacca NEIPA next. Might try the Cosmic Punch yeast to give it even more of a kick. Cheers!

Right on! I was glad I did it. I might leave out the Strata next time. If you noticed in the recipe I went a little heavier with the Azacca than the others, I might actually up that ratio too. Either way, my wife and I are really enjoying this one. Thanks for watching and your comment. -DT
