@ this price point that is a lot of house if you want carpet or sheetrock walls definitely save your money and get done after you get your home it will cost you a lot less going local versus the manufacture, the weight of the home could triple your base transportation cost and up to $20,000.00 extra and it may not have the look your expecting a finished drywall should look due to mass production and transportation and the dealer may do some repairs but more than likely not to your likeness, but your decision should be based on your financial means and level of expectations.
It is a lot of house for the price, and you are right it will depend on finances or like in my case not only finances, but expediency. My old house was very old falling down on me and I had to get out before the winter. Building would have taken months longer. A lot of things just depend on your needs and means, weigh the options and go with what's best for you😊
I love this floorplan! I would want carpeted bedrooms and carpet in the flex room. The info sheet states 4 bed, 2 bath @ 139,900, but the actual floorplan and model has 3 full baths?? Im curious, included in the price is skirting. Your home has an all brick skirt, which looks amazing! When your home was priced, did you receive a credit to not have skirting? I want my skirting exactly like yours! This is a beautiful and spacious home, and a definite contender. Thanks for another amazing tour!!
On my skirting, Mintons doesn't include skirting, so it would just depend on the dealership. I paid $7000 for NY brick skirting. Each dealership is different, so you may have to shop around. Thank you so much for commenting and supporting the channel 😊
Some people don't, and some people don't mind them. Mine has them, and it doesn't bother me in the least. The great thing about manufactured housing is that there is something for everyone. Thank you for commenting 😊

Can't handle those strips on the walls. I know it keeps the cost down, but they are not attractive in the least . I would just have to pay more.
