- When Sally learns about Ridge’s ultimatum from Tony she cryptically wonders if there is going to be a reunion. When Stephanie tells Massimo that Ridge is out at Forrester, he implores Stephanie to make a life with him, but before she can give him an answer they learn of Ridge’s accident. The doctor tells Ridge it’s too early to make a prognosis and when Rick tries to play cheerleader, Ridge throws him out. Eric arrives at the hospital to find that Massimo and Stephanie are already there. Eric is sorry for what has happened to Ridge and wants to find a way to make it up to him, but Massimo shocks Eric when he says that Stephanie and Ridge won’t be going home with Eric because they are leaving with Massimo.

Seriously. Rick and his band of Merry Misfits prancing their way into Ridge’s office, uninvited, when Ridge was smarting is what caused the accident in the first place.
Rick wanted peace the whole time. Ridge is the one who started treating Rick poorly because he was on a power trip. Rick stopped him, and it made him even angrier. Rick never wanted a war.
I’m still laughing at Ridge calling Amber trailer park trash 😂
Massimo finally gets what he wants
It would be interesting if Massimo gets what he wants but he realizes that's not what he needs because maybe he realizes the dream of having Stephanie and Ridge doesn't fit the reality.For example does Stephanie and Ridge really want to be with Massimo or would they just be with him to hurt Eric?

Unfortunately Steph would always always love Eric, and that would trump any feelings she has towards Massimo. And Ridge's passion isn't running any corporate business.. He is a designer.. That's his passion and he loves the fashion industry and making women look beautiful. I can see him getting mighty bored and frustrated at Marone Industries.

Ridge is a narcissist and Massimo & Stephanie are enablers by feeding his ego nonstop.
Ridge verbally attacked Amber, then physically assaulted Rick and Deacon, but acts like he’s the victim here. It’s absurd.

I'm not a fan of Ridge. And he's not the victim of an unprovoked attack (bc of course he started a fight he couldn't finish).
However what he is the victim of, is Eric's weak and loser behaviour when it comes to the company, which is how he lost control of it in the first place. Ridge has essentially lost his birthright, thanks to Eric's bungling.
So I do understand where Ridge is coming from and his anger. Altho that said, I find it hard to really feel sorry for him bc he has been on board and supporting Brooke as CEO and her direction for the company all these years. This is the first I've ever seen him having such an issue with his place in the company.
They were smart enough to think about the fact that Ronn Moss is left handed, so we had always seen Ridge work with his left hand so even though it’s barely noticeable, it still must be consistent

A glass window broke & fell on my hand cutting it.
I needed stitches,but they didn’t put me in a hospital gown & give me an arm sling 😂
It was sew her up,bandage & release .All done wearing my clothing.

Listen.. This is Ridge's 2nd time in a hospital for a cut in less than 6 months. Perhaps Ridge should give up trying to out Alpha ppl.. It always ends in the hospital for him.
And always bc of some brawl he couldn't manage.
First time he injured his own self brawling with Massimo's office. Now he starts a fight in his office and gets karate chopped across the room.
That’s soaps for you. A cut sends you to the hospital. But falling in a furnace leaves with without burn scars. 😂

What does "coming home" mean? That scene almost seems as if Ridge is still a child and will now have to chose between his dads (yes, he doesn't know that yet) and with whom he will now stay. But Ridge is an adult with a family of his own and a "home" of his own.

@@annieo6527The absence of Taylor and the kids in these scenes was super-weird. It’s like they wanted to pretend Ridge’s family didn’t exist just to make the Ridge-Eric “breakup” more impactful. But no, it was just bizarre to act like this man doesn’t have a wife and three whole children.
Seeing Sally and Tony at Spectra (and it was a welcome sight!) reminds me of that whole storyline where Spectra was about to go out of business and Tony was supposed to save the company with his new collection. Whatever happened to that? Did all that happen off screen? Did it happen _at all?_ Do the writers even care?
Apparently the company has been saved. Haven't u seen all the parties Sally has been financing 😂

“My brother creates with this hand” , this isn’t much of a logical reaction.. there are much more basic things we do with our dominant hand
Same goes for Eric “that’s the hand he draws with” yeah, and writes, eats, cuts and everything
I think what is meant is: you can learn to cut, eat, and so on with the other hand. The brain can adapt to this. But when drawing - being creative - you have to have a loose hand, it has to happen almost without thinking. And drawing was Ridge's calling.
@@ahy4234exactly. Designing on a professional level requires _way_ more in terms of fine motor skills than all those other things. You couldn't relearn it as easily with your non-dominant hand.

If Massimo saw a video of how Ridge got injured, 2 things could have happened
Disown him before he even owns him
Get his hitmen against Deacon and who knows who else
But he was a witness of Ridge's ridiculous accident in his office where he managed to injure himself and still wants Ridge, so the hitmen is a more accurate guess.
Forget Massimo for a second, he's a retconed character that never existed before this season. Let's talk about Brooke always wanting Ridge, despite Ridge not holding her in high regards.

Either way you are right, I don't understand how she keeps accepting him back time and time again. Her kitty should have dried up regarding Ridge a long time ago, after what she has seen and lived with him. But they are considered a supercouple who will end up together time and time again through hatred and love, resentment and acceptance.
@@marn25Brooke's not holding Ridge in high regards because she has a new destiny. She did the same thing when Thorne was her destiny. Overall Ridge means more to Brooke than the other way around. "Why she keeps accepting him back"? It's mostly Brooke chasing after Ridge even when he's unavailable. Some supercouple they are.

Overall Ridge means more to Brooke than the other way around, but Ridge was the one who sacrificed himself and went to jail for Brooke's son and went to the hospital when he collapsed when he was losing her. Brooke may have been more vocal about her love, and they may be SOME supercouple, they are one though.
@@marn25 Yes he went to jail for Brooke's son, but it was at a time when he didn't want to be with Brooke. That sacrifice is something that Brooke and Rick remain ungrateful for. Rick doesn't even remember. Brooke is not just vocal about it, she's usually desperate about it. Regarding Nick, he was Brooke's destiny only when he was with someone else. They've never even being together for long. He new he was a substitute for Ridge, that's why he tried to control her during their very short marriage

Ridge and Stephanie at another time can take the time and give Massimo the backstories: How angry Brooke after a while has reconsidered to sign away any rights to belief (eg. spy/ patent lawyer Steve walked in) or to return her shares to the family, even when she had felt betrayed by Ridge and the family before.
Or how Brooke did entrust Ridge the CEO position in 2001, even when in 2000 she had hired Morgan because she would never forgive Eric and Ridge the Italy scheme and didn't want to work with them.
Eric still believes patience it just takes some patience.

Yes her real her is very short!
I think at this time SF was having cancer treatment.
Yes she is wearing a wig. In 2000 Susan underwent treatment for colon cancer. She did chemo and her hair got thin so she started wearing a wig. But when it grew back it was white so instead of dying it she kept the wig for a few years until Sally gave her that haircut while they were drunk.

I assume Eric and Stephanie transferring their shares to their kids, was really just based on tax matters. If Brooke would have done the same and would have transferred her shares already to Rick and Bridget, that move _could_ have taken Brooke out of the equation for good. If Bridge would be able to vote 25% of FC and could have been convinced by Eric, they would have been able to install a new CEO.
But would Eric even think so much ahead? 😅
