Charity shops here are HORRENDOUS 😂 at least in Drogheda there's a chance but not once have I found a game here that actually worked and wasn't 50c in cex 😂 but the handy thing is how close to cex in newry I am... The price difference even with conversion is mad sometimes 😂 some things are much cheaper !

Watching from Dublin. Never game hunted anywhere outside of Ireland unfortunately. Would love to game hunt in Canada, Vancouver in particular. From what I gather, Canada seems to be a great country for retro hunting. Lots of variety and rarity with the selection of games you'd see
Yeah I’ve a mate I talk to in Vancouver he’s always coming across serious stuff in bundles. Like nothing going overly cheap but expensive that keeps showing up so he just upgrades his own and flips the rest to pay for it crazy how often he gets stuff in

However, I have found some hidden gems which i traded in immediatley then i day later they rose in value.. Congrats again!
Ah that’s so annoying there’s a few here have been starting to do it. Going above eBay value but then not checking other stuff and way under valuing it so at least there’s still some scores to find. Been a rough year tho the really nice pickups have been few and far between!

Ah i grab the odd game but I mostly build up trade credit and use that to pick games up. If I happen hook a random one when I’m out and about and see something I want for the collection I’ll just go and grab it but doesn’t happen too often!
Cheers mate yeah I’ve grabbed a few here and there but a lot of the shops seem to price the box sets up so don’t really be worth picking up. Must start taking a bit more time to check them out I’m sure there’s a few that slip through the cracks

Congrats on 1k subs! im pretty sure it was in lisbon/portugal? Personally, I like to hunt in Birmingham but all the charity shops check their items against ebay listings which is very agrivating. However, I have found some hidden gems which i traded in immediatley then i day later they rose in value.. Congrats again!
Ah that’s so annoying there’s a few here have been starting to do it. Going above eBay value but then not checking other stuff and way under valuing it so at least there’s still some scores to find. Been a rough year tho the really nice pickups have been few and far between!

Ah i grab the odd game but I mostly build up trade credit and use that to pick games up. If I happen hook a random one when I’m out and about and see something I want for the collection I’ll just go and grab it but doesn’t happen too often!

Cheers mate yeah I’ve grabbed a few here and there but a lot of the shops seem to price the box sets up so don’t really be worth picking up. Must start taking a bit more time to check them out I’m sure there’s a few that slip through the cracks
