Photos of would-be Trump assassin revealed as new details of shooter identity emerge

- The 20-year-old male who shot at former US president Donald Trump during a Pennsylvania rally is alleged to be Thomas Matthew Crooks, according to The New York Post.
However, US authorities have not confirmed the shooter’s identity but claim they are close to determining who the person was.
An image has now surfaced showing US authorities standing over what is believed to be the corpse of the shooter.
Why do us Americans have to tune in to an Australian media company to get honest news about our own country?

People near the sniper's location see him crawling up the roof and notify police minutes BEFORE the attack. Police and Secret Service seem confused and or disinterested. 6. Witnesses report seeing a secret service sharp shooter aiming at the assassin but did not neutralize him until Trump had been hit. Is the secret service that inept or are they complicit?

the fact that the security did not spot the shooter on the roof top is weird.
It's not a flat roof, it has a ridge. The gunman probably stayed out of sight behind the ridge and popped up to shoot.
They were told by witnesses.
They were apparently told of him by a bystander that got interviewed by the BBC, but did nothing.

1) Why was an obvious target location unsecured?
2) How did the sniper know the location was unsecured?
3) Why did the police ignore the crowd when they spotted the sniper?

That is what I've been saying. Police ,Secret Service didn't respond until after the shot even though a great person was alerting them to the guy with the rifle climbing up to the roof and could see him crawling military style the complete time and he's pointing and telling them. Maybe I should put Secret Service in smaller letter. Some have said maybe Trump had it setup using a highly trained person to help his campaign. That's complete bull. This complete campaign and even since Biden has been in office has been a nightmare. We really don't know Trumps dealings and business deals he makes around the world. But we don't know really what people of wealth do or buy with their money. We don't know what everyday people do except work there butts off to sustain there living. I'm to a point I have no idea who I want to vote for. There's only 2. I hate to say Biden is getting up there in years and has shown signs if forgetting and stumbling over his words. Trump is always pointing fingers not really talking about true issues like presidents use to do during debates or rallies.

I don't see or talk to many people and I'm not use to texting like most. My kids say that they can say a few words in a text and understand what the person is saying. I can't . I enjoy seeing and hearing a persons voice, facial expression and body language then I know exactly what they are saying and how to respond. I'm disabled and home 24/7 except for Dr visits. Use to talk to people all the time about anything, any topic that came up. People seemed to be more caring years ago too.

There were no official statement, like the one from FBI saying it was an assassination attempt. Therefore, news outlets have to call it an incident. Same reason they can not say it was gunfire. They are only allowed to suggest and use broad language. Otherwise, stupid people hang on to their words and tell bullshit if it happen to be wrong information.
