If you feel like playing more Veigar and want a silly yet surprisingly effective build I recommend going Lichbane.
There's nothing quite as satisfying as missing every single skillshot then auto-Ulting someone for a one-shot.
I usually build it fairly tanky with ROA and stuff but I also suck, so do as you please.

RFC is a sleeper 6th item to replace boots with when you build Lichbane! Q + Lichbane + RFC + First Strike with the safety of the RFC range boost is super obnoxious to deal with for shorter ranged champs

I tend to go lichbane second on viegar for the q auto ult kill combo and his 2v1 becomes better because of lichbane procs deathcap 3rd
