I think the point of goruck is that while not everyone can join the military, or after they are out of the military, everyone can ruck. I'm in my 60's. I did my time in Law Enforcement, but im retired. Rucking helps get me back into shape after my knees got trashed as a cop. If you served, thank you for your service.
If you can't run and talk, you're just not very fit. Running doesn't suck, running is awesome. Rucking looks fun, too. But running isn't bad for your joints, that's just ignorant. Studies have shown runners, on average, have healthier joints.
FT Worth Texas, are there folks out here Rucking? (keep it clean folks, LOL)
Enjoyed watching the video. I am into rucking yomping🙏👍👌
I love rucking
Rucking and "having a good time" should never be in the same sentence.
Why in the world not?
There is absolutely no reason to not have a good time while doing cardio.
then you don't know how to ruck... or you're just addicted to comfort and you're not able to find joy and fun in suffering and sweating ^^
"running sucks, I hate running"
Running doesn't suck. You just suck at running.
Yes but both apply
This shit is hilarious.
That's what happens when boredom hits hard.....join the Armed forces - why play when you can really do something?
