In 2022 they should have taken time to find a singer with a voice that blends with their voices and who is a crossover performer! Carlos deserves better!!!

As we all know sadly Carlos died but he would never have wanted the guys to stop. Carry on putting your negative comments it won’t bring him back. Over 27 months and you’re still putting these comments. Seb, David and Urs have chosen to continue have some respect for them.
Look I loved Carlos too and was devastated when I heard the news of his death but he loved this group and he would have wanted his three “brothers” to continue their careers. Did you want them all to stop working? They couldn’t go on without a baritone the whole balance of the group was gone. How fortunate for Il Divo that Steven was available and what a good fit he is. His voice has a very similar timbre to Carlos while not being a carbon copy (which would have been an insult to Carlos). I think Carlos would approve and who knows he may have approved already because don’t tell me these boys didn’t talk about “WHAT IF?” Particularly during the COVID outbreak when we were all put in touch with our mortality. I am pleased to hear these new tracks because it has brought me back to listen to Il Divo….Steven is helping to heal the wound.
