Thanks brother for your analysis.However this is not always true all the time especially first time applicants.No matter the numbers of documents you presented and your itinerary its likely to be returned... My advise as a consultant is to try atleast visit some other countries first neighborhood etc or Visa on arrival countries before attempting Schengen....This is from experience except you are coming for a conference which will be duly backed up by letters
