I haven't seen this show since I was 13. It definitely made an impact on me and it had a positive message. For many people, success comes at a high price. Compared to today's television, this seems innocent in some ways. For example, he fought to literally save his family and he resisted that secret society. This movie contains truth.

I just discovered this movie a few nights ago as a TH-cam recommendation. I loved it!! Sort of an offbeat spin off on the movie "Poltergeist" only instead of a haunted house its an evil demonic club. The chemistry between Patricia and Matt is so beautiful. They are such a wonderful married couple and he really loves her so much. Her kids are great! Punky Brewster and the kid from "Neverending story". And Susan Lucci as the evil Steaming Springs temptress who tempts then condemns the whole SoCal town they are in to the evil "club". Amazing! The movie really shows what happens when you drink the corporate Kool-Aid. I'm glad Pat realized she already had everything to make her happy. I really loved this movie! Bring back the 80s! Saw this AGES ago when I was a little kid with my brother and sister at my grandma's house. I never got the name of it and I couldn't for the life of me competently describe it or know how to properly search for it. I would type in "80's movie" and "astronaut suit" and "flying/shooting piano keys" and "possessed family" and "ripped up bunny doll" and never got anything close to this. (Poltergeist was usually a top result because of "80's possessed family". "80's space suit"? Forget it, I'd get everything BUT this movie.) It was almost a yearly ritual that I would try to figure out what movie this was (along with some other movies we saw as children but never got the titles for such as The Eliminators.) Now I can finally cross this one off my list! And to think it had such star power behind it! Of course I was too young to know/care about names back then.

This is a good movie, it reminds me of the original 1975 Stepford Wives movie. Susan Lucci character was like the Devil.
Thanks for posting. I enjoyed it!😀
I'm a Filipino,born in 2002.I consider this movie nice,even if it's a very old movie!
Moral of this story Love conquers over evil

Yep this movie represents everything we see in Hollywood today
