Bought one , had it for a few hours, buggy and slow, Bluetooth kept dropping out, looks good but wasn’t , I may have just had a bad one but not replacing it, lucky Amazon returns is easy.
I ordered one from Amazon and within the hour it was back in the packaging to return. Bought it to stream my Apple Music account and it has Apple Music installed but it doesn't work as the device isn't boot locked. Also wouldn't stay connected to my headphones with Aptx HD.
This would have been ideal for me a couple years ago. Where i work, its a medical device production plant. We were allowed to use mp3 players that didnt have cameras (old ipod nano's, classics, Sandisk etc) and we were not permitted to use our phones, or even have them on the production floor due to proprietary information. Until my company bought everyone amazon fire tablets, without camera function and can only use the apps they installed, this device would have been perfect. There is a market, although very small.
It's definitely not for everyone. I like that you can stream music from this to a bluetooth speaker so you don't have to worry about keeping your cellphone within range of the speaker. It would also be nice for using at a gym that has banned smartphones with cameras.
the lack of antenna for cellular makes it more energy efficient, sure you can turn it off with a normal smartphone, but in this case the lack of cellular antenna and camera makes it cheaper solely as a music and video player.
it's a music player and the specs is pretty much not even for gaming so 9.0 is good enough. if you want the latest cutting edge OS go with the normal smartphones.

Not good reviewer. Reviewing music player without mentioning the quality of sound you can get in the device or player.
Why is it that not a single reviewer of these products ever talks about how they sound through headphones?

Can you use this product just with Bluetooth without the Wi-Fi being connected
Annoying cut outs in the video. Is it running so slow that that was needed?
I just reset this device and now it is locked with the previous google account, I do not see how to switch to another account😢
Can you connect a USB- Dac Amp and play audio out through the USB connection?

Maybe that is with the built in speaker. With headphones, it is definitely stereo.

Software bug opens volume evey time you open an app, not good
That ended up being the case pushing the button.
android 9 is poor, needs newer version or not worth it

it's a fixed device. you're not browsing the web with it so there are no security issues

Basically it's android phone design to be mp4 player 🤣 I rather but jelly phone instead
These mp3 players steal your information btw. They crash after a while since they only have 1gb of ram even though they claim 3gb.
