    Hearing that chuck lock on the drill everytime you set a bit up is one of the most satisfying sounds.
    It’s surprising how many people don’t know about that and fight with bits slipping due to chuck loosening.

    Great job on the project. I’m not a huge fan of relicked guitars, but I’m sure this one is a massive level up from where it was before. What fretboard oil do you use?

    Had the frets been levelled but left rough? Or did you just take some 1500 grit paper to them as they were, without any prior attention? If it's the latter, then a proper level and crown would have taken hardly any longer, with far superior results.

      Hi, the frets were well levelled and crowned but were just a but oxidised, the 1500 just got them ready for polishing.
