Steps to Fix Set Time Zone Automatically Not Changing the Time Zone on Windows 10
Step 1) Start Auto Time Zone Updater service: net start tzautoupdate
Step 2) Enable Location
Step 3) Select the Time Zone manually

didnt work since I installed ubuntu my date time change, I tried this video but it says: The auto time zone updater service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other service or programs.

Thank you so much sir! Short and to the point! One note though: the first way didn't do it for my computer, the time zone modified itself only after I had gone into Location and Privacy. I am still unable to modify the time zone manually, but it is much better than nothing. Thanks again!

months late: but you may have missed a step or did a step wrong if it is still not working but if you do it step by step should work
