I am considering that juice cleanse so thanks for making this video. I was at 260 a few years ago and after less than a year got down to 197 (still there now as I have strayed a bit but not gaining) from butter coffee in the morning and eating only meat and veggies at the two other meals. Always a fattier cut of meat, and when I fried I used beef tallow as oil, shallow fried with ground pork rinds as my "panko" and an egg/milk pre-dip. For veggies I stuck with non-starchy veggies (very limited root veggies). My rice substitute was either shirataki or cauliflower rice. Noodles I used shirataki or egg white noodles either purchased or made (they're pretty fun to make). I am concerned with the juice fast because there is virtually no protein and a lot of carbohydrates. Did you get any headache or other side effects? Have you done additional cleanses?
Oh wow congratulations!!! No side effects other than me being hungry the first day lol but the other days I was fine! You should definitely check out their website, I believe they have different protein options as well🥰
@@humansparklerI don't know how to truthfully answer your question cuz everybody's body is different lol I personally would have a good diet plan after completing the juice cleanse to keep the weight off and to continue to lose weight

Is it safe with all those sugars? I was thinking about doing it too but I noticed there’s a lot of sugar.
I am no dietician lol but there's no added sugars as far as I'm aware. In my eyes natural sugar from fruits and vegetables aren't bad🙂

Yes that can definitely happen if you don't stick with a good diet plan
