I counted today and we have over 300 staff and personnel, not including the six owners. There's no cap on how many people you have or how much money they get. Welcome Shaw!
Building a better front office is a good start, hopefully that translates to the field. Jan to August is planning and hope, but September tells the truth.
we may not see this as the biggest day but I believe we'll see this as the biggest year in terms of coaching acquisitions. Now we just need Bo to pan out
I rather doubt that. Payton has a good relationship with George, & besides that, the jump from coaching to the business side is a serious leap & a completely different skill set. This guy grew up as the son of an NFL coach & was a 3 sport letterman at Stanford. He's an on-the-field type not an office type. He's got coaching in his blood, meaning he's probably going to look at this move as an eventual stepping stone to an NFL head coaching job, or at a minimum an OC job.
@TheOGFN Like whenever I see a new video from him and read the title like BRONCOS ARE TRICKING THE WHOLE LEAGUE, I immediately think, no they aren't bro 🤣 And i'm a huge broncos fan. But because he click baits so Massively, I can't take any of his reports seriously.
He's a Senior Personnel Executive. They have two...Roman Phifer being the other. Basically he's another set of eyes in the room & probably has more college connections than some of the other guys they have. Down the road I wouldn't be surprised if he's moving on to a an NFL HC position somewhere.

That’s awesome, I hope our owners keep making moves like this and proving that they’re here to win. Lord knows they’ve got money to burn lmao
Hell yeah 👍
Every Bronco fan living in Colorado should get serious Walmart discounts 🛒 😂
Fr we deserve reparations 😂
"Every" Broncos fan should get a Walmart discount. 😅😅😅
Walmart doesn't own the team.
Your safe school was Stanford, damn that's not an easy school to get into. Well when I went to college it wasn't.
Yeah...not sure what he meant by that. I don't think Ben turned down Stanford though.

Shaw will be taking George’s job

Wonder if there could be a change in GM sometime soon?
Paton needs a winning season, and another good draft to keep his job. He's safe for now, if you ask me, but I Bo-lieve!
Yes David Shaw will be the next gm
Let it go.
i love the content but calm down on the titles lol
The titles are so ridiculous and I mentioned it to him but he's really trying to build his channel with the click bait.😂
@@ESL-O.G. lol

@@ESL-O.G. lol his last video was one of the most outrageous, “Denver broncos master plan is coming together..” Like no it isn’t 😂
getting too big for me to be 1st lol
Bo-lieve
You've quickly become my favorite Broncos covering youtuber since the draft. Keep it up, Ben!
Same here, it was Brandon Perna for the longest time. But he has lost his charm. Esp when he gets political.
@armynet191 I like perna, just during the regular season for a good laugh after a loss. Ben has more consistent info and I enjoy his optimism.
Talking about Stanford you didn’t mention that John Elway went to Stanford. Like your show.
The front office has to be elite as well for a team to thrive
John Elway was from Stanford.
Yes, but Elway was never suited for an executive role.
Hyperbole much? Good hire, but best move of off-season?
I wanna see another championship with the Broncos. Having a ring with 4 trophies and the horse logo is going to be insane.
Thats an extra 4 coaches this year we are definitely trending forward.
We are all looking for anything and thinking everything will make our team great again.........
Shaw is not a good coach unfortunately
He was an excellent coach.
Ben...It's the WALTON-Penner ownership group, not the WALTER-Penner.
There is no "Walter". 🤣
You have to know who owns the team!
You go DEEP with your coverage of the Broncos!!! Thanks Bra!!!
The system thats being built is so methodical.
Yeah, but who is the new mailroom clerk? 😎
Broncos Country ….
Giddy up !!!
Let’s Ride !!
What exactly is Shaws job?

How many execs we need? Could maybe a too many cooks in the kitchen type of situation?
broncos dynasty incoming
Walmart hilariously failed in Germany 😉
Walmart doesn't own the Broncos.
Not even close.. that shot at the end of the video hahahahahaha
