- Today I took a walk to the park where it once used to be a place I would wander alone during the darkest days of my life. I talk about what I remembered from the past, some of the moments that occurred at the park and how much I've changed after I healed myself from my anxiety and depression.

Looks like a beautiful place very calming and motivating. The weather looks amazing as well. When I go to the park I take Bean with me and we walk the trails for about half hour to an hour just to take it all in.
