They should have extra drivers in the game that substituted/replaced other drivers in real life i.e Vandoorne, Ocon etc. F1 99 on PS1 had it so surely Codemasters can implement this.
Adding a new driver is a complex process; For each driver in game they need to capture them using head-scanning photography, and re-record all the in-game voiceover characters in all supported languages. Most people don't understand how much of a mammoth task it is to "just switch/change drivers".

Yeah I don't like that first corner either, I love the entering coming at full speed and begin turning before slaming on the breaks for a a second and just roll and ose the tuning friction to decrease speed slow and smoothly... Then that tight left turn that both disturbes the flow and I find it difficult to accelerate out of it... I always understeer or oversteer, constantly fighting how straight or turned I should go while finding the right amount of throttle.

This reminds me of that finish you had in this very same GP a few years back. :P You won against a red bull by switching to inters on the last few laps and the red bull kept going on dry, that one was pretty much a photo finish aswell... so amazing! China definately has something magical for you, ben. :D

Lap 5: Pit for soft tyres Sector 3 of Lap 8, half the lap under SC and your tyre wear is avg 28%... After basically 2 & a half laps of racing. Insane tyre wear, it's why I hate this track. Not only is there crazy wear but it isn't general wear across all the tyres.. the front left and rear left get pounded at different places around the lap. I ran a 50% race too and I don't remember my wear but I know I just managed to stop once less than the AI.
+Gamer Zeke No. Mercs or Ferrari can totally fill the bar of the upgrades. Lower teams' growth like Manor or Sauber is stopped before filling all the bar. Please tell me you have understood!! I'm an italian who's trying to speak English well! ;)
