Nice video! I really dig your production, and your workflow is inspiring. I came across this while looking for how to export MIDI data from the Gadget on iPad. It may be dead simple, but I don't know it yet. Any tips?

Hey, nice portable jam! I’ve been trying to get an audio interface for my iPad , what is that grey device that you have plugged into the iPad itself. I’m having such a hard time finding a device to achieve what your doing here.

I was sort of considering that Korg bundle of vst plugins. Thing is I love gadget and with the export to ableton and merge ability in ableton you can merge several gadget files together. Long story long....any thoughts on waiting for a possible gadget update or a 3rd version? Also fully happy with the IOS ipad version as is and scared that would get broken with updates. Loved the update from the ds-10 to dsn-12 on the 3ds but the workflow was lost. then when ids-10 came out it simplified the workflow but was not around long before gadget 1 arrived. Thoughts on any of this? always value your take.
Supppp bro! I personally believe that a gadget 3 will be out before any update or major feature enhancements come to 2. Some part of this is wishful thinking. Realistically there are only a couple things i really need in gadget to make it even more useable.
@@Khordmaster Good to hear from you by the way, you have not been on my feed lately so it was nice to see your vids again. I'm happy with gadget as is. would love less crashing and restoring purchases after updates. I mean yeah I can start naming things to change but I do have a fear it turns into another daw and we loose the amazing workflow.
