- Hello, and welcome to my channel! I have received a lot of request to do a video dedicated to frosted glass scratching only. I chose 4 tingly frosted glass items, and I hope this scratching puts you to sleep!

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

Frosted glass is soo calming. It reminds me of ice, without all the chilly factors. Such a perfect scratchy-tap sound; It's intoxicating to listen to. Ahh, thank you!!

Frosted glass sounds like the feeling of curling up in a blanket in winter, if that makes sense. It's calming for reasons besides just the sounds; it's the mental image that goes with them.

Frosted glass always makes me cringe. It looks beautiful but it sounds wrong to scratch it like I'm going to get in trouble 😂 I'm so conflicted cause it's so tingly but I feel like at any moment my mom's gonna barge in and start yelling at me 😂

I didn't know "frosted glass" so at first I was a bit confused (thought it was actually glass left in the refrigerator or something) but it's very tingly ^^ loved it. the first video TH-cam recommended me from you :) (in Germany it's called mat (?) glass or milk glass because its milky/not so see through)
