Grandpa Ralph, Be not afraid!! As someone a few years your senior, please do not hesitate to share the love you and Grandma Adler have! We have no idea when we will be called home, so until that time, be open to sharing your lives with ones who are "the least of us". Thank you and we love you for what joy you bring.

You Ralph and LeeAnn are awesome! My collie got hit by a car when I was 10ths old. Never got another dog until I was 40. That loving dog died at 3 and a half years old by vet neglect. I’m so glad you had a fantastic hatch 🐣 rate! I’m praying that I get a good hatch 🐣 rate too. My eggs 🥚 arrived today and are going in the incubator tomorrow at noon! My kids are very excited!
Hi Ralph. I was one of the people who suggested you get your own channel. I love watching you with the pig you took care of for the neighbor. That pig loved you so much. You have always been so good with the animals. God bless
Miss Kitty sure loves you. Her rolling over so you could rub her belly was so sweet. You do what is right for you. I’m an animal lover so I’d get a dog and two donkeys. But I’m prejudice. I know between Chad and Kyle if something didn’t work out they’d help one way or another. God will lead you. Much love.❤ p.s. So glad you started your channel. Wait for Wednesday and Sunday to watch.
Congrats on the new baby chicks! I understand your challenge on what to do with the critters. As out sr. dogs had & were passing, we had a 16 yr old left, I believe God directed me to our city shelter’s website, there were 2 dogs pictured that needed to be adopted together, long story short, after introducing to Missy, we adopted them. That was this past Oct. 2022. Shortly after, Missy passed, I had major surgery & my husbands brother died, while I was in the hospital. The comfort these new dogs gave my husband as he traveled back & forth to help our sister in law & also take care of our pony, with me in the hospital was amazing. We are older than you, so taking on new animals you have to think about where would they go. Our pony turns 22 today, she’s our last, we were blessed to have her mom (which I got as a 3yr old) for 25 yrs, but my health makes it hard for me to be with Nessa June & do what I would like to do. We saw her born & she will pass here on the farm. She knows no other place & has an easy life. It’s hard as you get older making decisions on what to do. I do believe God wanted us to adopt the two dogs & we are absolutely blessed having them. But we certainly can’t take on more. On Miss Kitty, we adopted a female cat when we got our farm in 2000, she was tiny & I thought too young for spaying, I was wrong. I kept her in a large dog crate as her time drew near & witness the birth of her litter. We found homes for most of the kittens, kept her & 3 of the little ones. The last was 19 when he passed. You do have to think about the future & listen to God on what He desires for you both. You are blessed with great kids & grandkids that can help, should something happen. Enjoy all your animals now, they all are a gift from God, He will direct you on what your next steps should be. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us today & listening to mine. You and LeAnn are such a blessing to me and so many others. God is using you as you do these videos & I look forward to watching many more! God bless as you continue to follow this path he has you on! ❤ & 🙏
Grandpa Ralph, I am so glad you started your channel...it gives the Proverbs verse Chad puts up on his channel a perspective how he was raised, and I think he was raised in the same matter he is raising his kids...you are such an inspiration and totally fascinating from my point of view...God bless both you and Leanne... Whatever decision you make concerning a guardian animal...it is most obvious you give is thoughtful consideration and will make the right decision for your situation....I will support you whatever you decide...As always, many blessings to you and yours...Much respect and Love in Christ...Lois
I think you would need more field for grass if you were to go the Donkey route. With the coyotes you have there you most likely do need something. I think you are in good enough health for another dog. We are in the same age group and we have our 15yo doxie and our sons 2yo rescue retriever mix. We also thought about a young dog with us and if something happened to us they could be devastated losing us. It does help some with the loss and it is not forgetting or trying to forget. We still remember ours and they are still in our hearts.
Congratulations on your baby chicks 🐣🐤 ! Miss Kitty sure loves and trusts you. She let's you rub her tummy most cats do not ! Love and hugs to you and Grandma from Venus, Texas ❤
Grandpa u n Grandma are the best.. I’m glad she supports u.. it’s good to keep each other active..she planned it smart.. send grandpa to the yard to play n get ur energy out.. lol 😮😅❤
I think donkeys are a great idea. The main thing is if you and Grandma wants donkeys than you need to get them. I know if it don't work out I know Chad will help. Love you.
Who needs "exciting"...your videos are a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Everyone always asks me what I do since I don't really watch TV. I tell them I watch farmers caring for and loving their animals. Peaceful and perfect after a busy day at work. ❤
Oh my gosh the baby chicks are sooooo adorable. I love you guys & pray that God continues to carry you always. I love your dance & I think you should do you & let everyone else realize they need to concentrate on their lives. God bless you guys, I love you both & your animals sooooo much.
Miss Kitty is such a sweet heart! Laying on your lap as content as can be! Wasn't there another striped cat hanging around for awhile? You can always give any kittens to your sons. Keep them in the family!
That striped cat is probably the good for nothing baby daddy! Love and leave em. He's probably down the road sweet talking the neighbor's barn cat. I was thinking the same thing about kittens. Your boys would probably use a good barn cat. You should also schedule a play date for Batman with Bruce! Wouldn't that be fun!
I just adore your interactions with those silly, precious goats. It truly warms my heart. Regarding Miss Kitty, I guess time will tell. I don't think she is, but it's hard to tell from video and not really knowing her because there's nothing obvious. She could have put on weight just from being fed regularly now🤷♀️ And lastly, I'm sure thankful God directed you to TH-cam as this world needs more of this content🙏
Grandpa and Grandma it’s not easy to lose an a pet you love so much. It breaks your heart. You both are fantastic loving caring people. God bless you both. As the song goes, One Day At A Time. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️
I laughed so hard when you said “I can’t take you to a party”. That is normal goat behavior, just watch some of the other farm channels. Your chicks are precious.
love the chicks! I know what you mean about getting older and not knowing how long you are able to continue doing what you do. I was and still sad about Smokie. Great dog! If you and Chad had talked about if something would happen, (you can no longer do this, or animals don't get along) and he is willing to help out (maybe taking animal(s) then if it were me..I would get a couple miniature donkeys. I know you have had dogs, (I love dogs and pretty much all animals!) but have you had miniature donkeys? Why not experience miniature donkeys while you are still able to! Then when the time comes (for whatever the reason is) maybe Chad or maybe even Kyle would take them. Life for us and all that we can do is getting smaller every day. Enjoy and continue to have fun!!!!!!
They look really healthy and cute. Ralph I have had 3 rescue cats that I took over caring for and gave a forever home. All 3 of them wanted lots of petting and loving more than normal when they were pregnant. It’s the hormones in them when they are pregnant my vet says. So it’s a possibility she could be. She is def a female. Great video as always. Be safe and God Bless. Enjoy your animal kids.
Ralph, you will know in your heart what is best for your critters and for you all. When you're ready, you will know. So god bless and go with your heart. Much love and support xxxxx
Your MISS KITTY IS AN EXACT REPLICA OF OUR MISS KITTY. I HAD NAMED HER SAMANTHA,but forever called her MISS KITTY. SHE lived to 15, died in my arms, buried in our back yard. Her color, markings, mannerisms are all identical. My heart sings whenever I see her, especially when you hold her in your lap. Oh if she has kittens wouldn’t I love to have one just like her. I wish I knew how to send a photo of my lovely Miss Kitty. Thank you for loving her
Ralph take it from me, do all the things you really want to do in the next ten years while you are healthy enough to enjoy them. I was very active all my life and just felt like I would never have health issues. I have been blessed and haven't really but my husband has. We now cannot do the things we had planned. Family is everything. You have truly been blessed! I enjoy every minute I spend with you and your critter! Thank you!
I love how you scold the goats. You reminded me of my mom telling my sister and I, "Don't make me stop this car" when we were being sassy. Your goats need a time out stool.
The fear of loving and losing another dog right now can be strong. Give yourselves some time, and don't let others push you into making decisions. You will know when the time is right
My suggestion regarding getting more animals would be to discuss it with your wife first then with both of your boys. What ever decision you guys come up with, works for me. I love how you give all your animals names and their own personalities. You have plenty of good years still ahead of you!!! Stay blessed!!! Love you guys so very much!!! 🥰🤗❤️🙏🏻
I'm glad I've been watching y'all since y'all started. It been great, whatever you decide to do mini donkeys or whatever we'll be watching. The chick's are adorable. God bless y'all.
I love the sound of chicks chirping. It's so relaxing to me. If Kitty is pregnant, you can palpate the belly, and will begin feeling the kittens inside, even a little early on.
@@grandpadossfarms It might also be a possibility that she doesn't have kittens in there but worms.. - if a cat has a lot of those they can look pretty pregnant as to belly shape and size... so unless you have allready dewormed her, that might be something to look into? But if she IS pregnant, it's wonderful that she is now blessed with such great people caring for her! :)
Lol I love how you talk to the goats like they are toddler humans it's just the cutest thing ever pdub being told he can't go to the store or a party or anywhere with you cause of his attitude it's so funny and so cute
Whenever Ralph is fussing at the goats, in my mind I see Chad, Matt and Kyle standing in front of him....sometimes looking admonished....other times with the eye roll,(which I think I have seen Batman and Pdub do) and others with the promises young boys make with their fingers crossed behind their backs! Makes me laugh, and laughter Is good medicine!
Sweet baby chicks. As for other animals, time will tell. An opportunity may present itself and you will know that it is right. Y'all just take one day at a time unless you start to have a predator problem. I'm glad you got to retire earlier than the normal time, I did too. I was 58 and when I was no longer content at my job, I retired. That will be 26years ago in June and I never looked back. Thanks for your videos, it is very relaxing watching you take care of and love your animals. As for Miss Kitty...well if she starts poppin' kittens you'll know for sure she is a female. LOL. Y'all have a Blessed day.
Grandpa, and it urged 78 today, so I suppose I should call you Ralph( or my little brother), anyway you helped make my day a happy one. You, your wife, and all the animals always make my days happy.
Love the way this iPad says what it wants to. Ralph, do what your heart tells you. Actually, what is the expected life span of the big dogs like Smokey? You aren’t going anywhere for a long time.
Hi Ralph. I feel your sadness and that sense of what next that comes on the heels of a loss like you've gone through. I'm going through something similar with my older dog right now. We spend so much time and energy trying to figure out what we can do to make him more comfortable. Then suddenly, one day, they're gone.. You are at a loss in some ways. They filled up such a large part of your life. But life goes on and new and wonderful things come your way. You don't stop missing them and the sadness lingers. God and time helps us through. Have you watched the Arms Family or his wife's channel, Do your Best? They have minnie donkeys. So much fun and adorable. I would suggest getting a youngster so you can handle them and ensure they are friendly. Dee and Daniel are lovely people who love their donkeys. The donkeys are often out with other animals on the farm. Goats, alpacas, a pig, and a cow. Some feathered babies as well! It might be worth looking at some of their donkey videos, if you haven't. I think you'd enjoy having them. ❤ God bless
I love you Grandpa! Them boys acting up, they are your babies it's so sweet 😊 We don't mind them showing that personality 😉 You and Grandma make good decisions we will be here what ever you guys want, you have to be ready after the loss of Smokey. Still praying for you all, Be Blessed 🙏🏼❤️🫶
I really enjoy listening to you Ralph. The care you show for each animal is absolutely beautiful. God has given you and LeaAnn wonderful special gifts. You are such a wonderful blessing to all who view your videos. Every day I look for your short videos and watch them over and over again. Thank you
I enjoyed your video. The baby chicks are so cute. Your hatch rate was excellent. They say 50% is good, so you hatched almost 74%. Great job Adler, Grandma & Grandpa 😊. Whatever you decide about another animal will be good with God's guidance. I swear Ms. Kitty's showing up was great timing for grandpa. God Bless
Nice relaxing video. Just what I needed. Enjoyed seeing the little chicks. Of course enjoyed seeing the rest too. I think you two will make the right decision for yourselves on what animals to get and what not to get. Thanks for sharing.
A lot of felines get very plump after being sterilized. However, if Ms. Kitty is pregnant, then she is more than 3/4 done and will start loosing fur around the nipples in preparation for nursing. The best next step would be to take her to the Vet for a thorough check. Then you'll know for sure either way. I've been with you all since the beginning & love all of you. The interests of the animals always come first with you, so I know all is going to be well. God bless you!
When Chad had Smokey, you had to resort to catching varmints in traps. Mini donkeys are cute, but they bray all the time, (piggies are no match for that volume). And like you said... Mini's wouldn't be the protection which large ones provide, so that wouldn't be any protection really. It's the Chickens that huge birds dive for, or other animals attempt to get to. How about a young mini donk who wouldn't miss being one of a kind, and a Free guard dog being offered by whomever. 💞🐐🐕
We support whatever decisions you make. We will watch it all! Love how cheeky those goats are and how cuddly miss kitty is. I wish I was in your country so I could have a kitten if she is pregnant. Miss seeing Smokey around, as you would, my little one passed recently after 16 years (her sister 2 years before) and I put that love on Smokey and now miss kitty. I love the goats and pigs but I don’t have experience with them in real life so it’s harder I think. Prayers for your decision, all the best from Australia.
It's going to be fun to watch all those baby chicks grow! I understand about the getting another dog question. I've had these same discussions with my husband. I made sure with my son that he would take our dogs if anything ever happened to us before I got my puppy. Of course, mine are Chihuahuas & a lot easier to take on than mini donkeys lol
laughing so hard... Sir you are healthy and have many years coming .... enjoy the animals you want. that is why our good lord gave them to us -you have more than enough land to even pen them to themselves. They will still look after everything on your land. Hugs you and grandmaw.... you have great Son's not counting your grandchildren - I bet my last dollar they will more than take careyou two and any and all animals. oh and the laughing was because your boys given a hard time.. god bless you and all the family. tons of love
Ralph I think whatever you and Leann decide on whether to get another dog or new animals for the farm is your choice. You will follow your heart and Gods answer to your prayers. You will do just fine. Love you all. God bless you. ❤️🙏🙏♥️
Hi Ralph! Very nice video. One thought I had is that mini donkeys do live at least 25 years! So that might figure into things for your decision making. I'm sure you know we would all love to see a couple of cute mini donkeys on the farm...So that part would be awesome! And you mentioned that Chad said he would take any animals you could not keep, so length of life may not really be a factor. Whatever you and LeAnn decide I know will be good because it will be decided with love and guided by God!! 😍
Talk to Daniel Arms @Arms Family Homestead about the mini donkeys. They will probably have babies soon. I would Love to see you with another dog. There are other breeds too that are good LGD’s.
Chicks are cute. Now that is funny---chickens running after you. I would still prefer to see you have another LGD, even though no other will take the place of Smokey, but you both have so much love and care in your heart and souls, maybe find another one as the Eddy family did--. That is my honest opinion and no matter what you do or don't do, WE ALL SUPPORT and love you.
Grandpa Ralph, Be not afraid!! As someone a few years your senior, please do not hesitate to share the love you and Grandma Adler have!
God bless
Lol.. watch out grandma, Miss Nelly has a thing for grandpa! Too darn cute 😍 💕 ☺
Lol we’ve had this thing for about three years
I remember the days when Miss Nellie would not let Grandpa anywhere near her.
@@morgancalvi6675 now don’t overthink it. 😝
Trust me @ Linda Lott - that’s why I don’t go near Lola. She gives me the stink eye every time. She has claimed Gpa as her own. - Grandma Adler.
I can’t believe how close you’re able to get to Gray & Sassy. 👏👏👏
Sassy and Gray are checking out the competition!
Grandpa get whatever makes you and grandma happy. Life is short. Enjoy yourself
And I am glad you and Granma did start this page.😻 love it
Congrats on the new baby chicks! ❤ & 🙏
Always such a blessing to see your videos in such an insane world. God bless you both!
Thank you
Grandpa Ralph, I am so glad you started your channel...it gives the Proverbs verse Chad puts up on his channel a perspective how he was raised, and I think he was raised in the same matter he is raising his kids...you are such an inspiration and totally fascinating from my point of view...God bless both you and Leanne...
Congratulations Magneto👍🏼
I have hopes that you’ll get both ❤ A new LGD for the goats, and a couple of mini donkeys for Lola and the KKs.
Laughing...husband asking what man's shorts are you watching 😂😂😂😂
Oh no Kathy! I’m in trouble
Congratulations on your baby chicks 🐣🐤 ! Miss Kitty sure loves and trusts you. She let's you rub her tummy most cats do not ! Love and hugs to you and Grandma from Venus, Texas ❤
Grandpa u n Grandma are the best.. I’m glad she supports u.. it’s good to keep each other active..she planned it smart.. send grandpa to the yard to play n get ur energy out.. lol 😮😅❤
There's nothing better than babies animals, and birds. Thank you for sharing your new family.
I think donkeys are a great idea.
The main thing is if you and Grandma wants donkeys than you need to get them.
I know if it don't work out I know Chad will help.
Love you.
@@nitaleach6816 Chad already has 3 donkeys.....he may not want anymore.
Who needs "exciting"...your videos are a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Everyone always asks me what I do since I don't really watch TV. I tell them I watch farmers caring for and loving their animals. Peaceful and perfect after a busy day at work. ❤
Thank you very much Debra. I watch them too.
Enjoyed the video I’m not a tv person but I do follow lot of farm and gardening videos.
Miss Kitty is beautiful and love how fast she bonded with you.
Oh my gosh the baby chicks are sooooo adorable. I love you guys & pray that God continues to carry you always. I love your dance & I think you should do you & let everyone else realize they need to concentrate on their lives. God bless you guys, I love you both & your animals sooooo much.
Thank you Teri. God bless and we love you too
I have watched all your videos from day one. To get more animals, or not, I’m there with you both. God bless you both❤
Miss Kitty is such a sweet heart!
Great job Magneto!!!!
They are truly cute baby
chics.
I agree with you, Ralph, and it's a thought as you get older. Getting a young animal is tricky business.
❤ I'm uplifted everytime I watch your Channel. God bless you Grandpa and Grandma😊
love the chicks!
Until we (you) can no longer see the loss in your face, I would say no to any other dog. ❤
😅
Love it!❤
God bless 🙏 ❤️ @Grandpa Adler Farms 🙂 much love from Tennessee
Yes you are an “old timer” 😉Jason thank you
@@grandpadossfarms you're welcome 😊
Hey Grandpa …Chad is gonna need some barn cats purrrrfect home for them!
Alpacas are good guardian's too. What ever you and grandma decide is best for your farm.💖 God bless.
Love your videos and enjoy watching them every time they come on. May the Lord bless and protect you and grandma and the animals
We can always count on you Brenda
Wow how time has flown I remember when you all just stared this Chanel thanks for coming into my home and leeping me company
I love the sound of chicks chirping.
It's so relaxing to me.
If Kitty is pregnant, you can palpate the belly, and will begin feeling the kittens inside, even a little early on.
I have done that Janice and I can’t tell
Give her another 2-3 weeks, her belly will tell her story. Only 66 days for gestation period.
Always enjoy our sit down talks every couple of days. God bless you Ralph and LeAnn
Arms family homestead..has Minnie donkies,,some bottle raised .. most loving donkeys I've ever seen 😍
Your kitten is purring like crazy! We still have a big shortage of eggs!❤❤👍🙏🙏
I say yes to the smokey puppy,I miss seeing him the puppy will keep Smokey's story alive forever.
❤ God bless
nellie loves you she is so sweet ---but then again they all are❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love you Grandpa!
Peace everywhere. You are very good people. I pray for you.
Your family will fill your heart with love to get another pup. it's not going to replace your Smokey but will bring happiness.
Ahhh Ralph - watching your shorts in the laundry room
The other thing with donkeys is that they are loud. I think they are adorable but I don’t think I could take the noise. Lol
Today they didn't run away when you did the wormy dance. 🤣
laughing so hard...
I AM 78 HAVE HAD COLON CANCER BREAST CANCER NOW THEY SAY I HAVE 3 TO 6 MONTHS AND STARTED HOSPISE LOVE TO WATCH YOUR FAMILY
Just watching your videos is a joy! It’s like keeping up with family!
God is so good and has blessed us all 💖🙏🏻
Ive two senior dogs and one is now my eyes and ears. I trust both fully
And would and could not stay here
Without them. The love of my life.
If her mammary glands start growing quickly then she’s getting close to delivery . 🙏💕
look at those cute chicks. Love and hugs to you and Grandma
May God bless you two more ever day, y'all are very sweet and special to Us!!!❤
Missy Kitty has skills!!! And soo Sweet.💞💞💞
