Definitely live singing you can tell the difference by yeji's singing high notes and everything especially each one of them is catching their breath while singing like who doesn't get out of breath when you sing while dancing some hard choreography and everytime when the part yeji goes "aoww" it's more deeper not like the original version or studio version it has a more high pitched when yeji did that aoww part so I think they only high pitched yeji's voice in that part so you know definitely it's live

You can hear Yuna's voice crack at 0:59, at first chaeryeong voice changed a little. Their voice become deep because they are catching their breath.
The JYP groups seem to have excellent handles on live performances. They must have great trainers in dance and vocals, and not to mention the artists work extraordinarily hard. ITZY has quickly gone from a rookie group to veterans.
