As someone with 15+ experience in software development I can assure you that the industry has turned very very biased now. Unless the specific job is administrative or office work in nature getting a job with zero to no skills in coding can be very very challenging. UI/UX, PM and Analytics use coding in some form or the other.
You forgot HR/Recruiter; that is also needed in every IT company. But I think basic coding knowledge is needed else you feel like an imposter in an IT company.
I have 7 years of experience in IT industry. Jobs are not at all easy to get especially if you dont have the experience or are new to the field. Right now the situation in IT is that people with experience are not getting jobs so I would advice people to stay away from IT for a few years.

Bro you need to learn programming languages like: Python, SQL, R in order to predict/analyze/clean data apart from DAX, power query, powerbi and tableau. One simply can't be a data analyst or a data scientist without these skills. Some misguidance there.
