hello from sunny corphus christi st. park dude rv!! enjoyed 2 cups of fresh hot columbian while riding and listening to detail information about the park!! very few campers here and the lake is way down from sept video 2020. a nice resoveiour for corphus christi. no luck catching slab crappie! on my way back to rockport for a few days. tight lines and cheers!!
Oh, I hate the ant situation! We had it once and won't be doing that again. I loved that the trek on that pier was so much fun that you did it twice so you could film it again. 😂 Great views from up there though. I laughed so hard at the 3 little fish. You showed us! 😂 I just never know what you are going to show us on your campgrounds reviews. ❤️👍👏 Donovan & Jodi
they were the big red leaf cutter ants and would not have been much of an issue but as the saying goes, If Yappy aint Happy, nobody is happy! I had to shoot the fishing pier scooter shot several times to get it right! but it was really fun hitting the drops at 20MPH! how dare you laugh at my little fish! that was bait! LOL!! thanks for watching!!
@@DudeRV LMAO!!!!! Oh man, I just cried from laughing so hard at your comment. That just made my entire day, brother. By the way, Marc for The Art of RVing said he would love to just sit and hear you and I have discussions. I swear that boy is hitting those tiny Halloween Gummy Bears pretty Hard.
@@RVOnTheWayside so long as your pants are still fry, your OK. Marc is always doing the Pac-Man move, popping out on one side and then popping in all of a sudden on the other side, I think he is spending too much time hanging out with flat earthers.
@@DudeRV I love that, PAC-MAN move. LMAO!!!!!! I hear they don't buy into the "stick in the ground proves the Earth is round" experiment. It doesn't get any more simple than that as real evidence. I have dealt with them before. So much work goes into attempting to disprove a fact. Boggles the mind.
@@RVOnTheWayside you mean you dont know about the giant spotlight in the sky? It goes around in a big circle and that is why the stick in the ground goes round and round! I struggle with many of their explanations but the spotlight really baffles me, where is it plugged in?
This is the time of year us northerners start to enjoy these wonderful southern videos where it's nice and warm. LOL Enjoyed. Loved seeing the deer at the park. Plenty to see there. Happy Camping!
Thank you for sharing really like how can get firewood and karats. Appreciate making the climb up the steps to share that view! Try not to overdo it-remember to always have FUN!
The fidewood kiosk has become very popular in Texas State Parks, I have mixed feelings about them. it used to be that firewood sales benefited the park or the local Boy Scouts but there may or may not be firewood available, now there is a private vendor and most of the time there is wood. I kinda have mixed feelings about that. Trey not to over do it? You sound like Yappy! thanks for worrying about me and thanks a whole bunch for watching!!

That park is still a beautiful place to go to I don’t remember that aluminum boat ramp being that big the last time I was there and that wooden fishing pier was you could walk underneath it the last time I was there what kind of cast net is that and Always great video and enjoyed it very much God bless
here is the cast net...amzn.to/3jSMA5M That is the largest fresh water fishing pier I have ever seen! Mainly because the other big state park fishing piers have been falling apart and mostly disassembled. As always thanks for watching David!
Also we were only there for 2 days, we have 35 gal of gray and that is plenty for four showers and dishes. If we are only there for two or three days I dont see any since paying to dump tanks when I can visit the dump station on the way out. Thanks for watching!
Thanks Bob!!! We appreciate ya.
My pleasure! Thanks so much for watching!!
I love that pier I would always catch crappie and striped bass late at night there.
That is the best fishing pier in any state park that I have visited! Thanks for watching!
OMG THANKSS FOR SHOWING THIS
You are so very welcome! Thanks for watching and subbing!
I’d like to see how you load and unload your scooter sometime.
That is a great question! I show that in this video...th-cam.com/video/T7fNqULxAVw/w-d-xo.html at 15:15 Thanks for watching!!

Another Lake I have to visit. Is this a CCC park as well Dude RV? Keep being you brother, love the videos.
Yes the park was built by the CCC, there is not a whole lot of the original CCC build left, but the Big Hall is there. Thanks for watching!!
We're going for the first time in Dec. so can't wait to hear about it.
You are going to LOVE IT!!

This is interesting to watch someone else's video after we just covered this park. I am curious, why you didn't go with full hook-ups?
I should have kept watching, the full hook-ups are full, got it

Cell Signal?
when this was shot in 2020 we had four bars of 4G. there is probably 5G now.
