Who knows but it must be french because that is french as fuck using pipe wrench on your inner tube instead of tube wrenches

Nothing surprises me about the French anymore. Been mining for over 20 years and all I can say is I DON'T TRUST THEM TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT.
