Where and how can we see the ending? It is so disappointing to have the final scene utterly ruined by plastering up the next films over the screen, and, cutting the end short. Please can you fix this or let us know how and where we can view this film in its entirety.
Yes, this was a heart-warming movie of Liz Taylor co-starred with that perennial fave Van Johnson. About a young couple in war-torn Europe who meet, fall in love, get married, have a kid and, yet, the marriage founders. Elder sister, played by Donna Reed is very reserved. She has her designs on Van's character, but he prefers the younger sister, Liz Taylor with her outgoing flamboyant character. The marriage develops cracks with each of the couple taking on other partners when ennui sets in. The film ends tragically when Taylor develops pneumonia and bids farewell to everyone. Another famous movie of Ms. Taylor's was 'Rhapsody' in which she was co-starred with Vittoria Gasman and John Erickson.
..... only in Hollywood does a woman actually take responsibility for their feelings and thoughts. Great Movie !!!! Liz Taylor was sooooo beautiful !!!!! 🙂
@@TheAmerican1963 I really admire her facial work. Very nuanced, and hardly anyone can radiate devoted, sincere love like she does. Here in this movie, and of course in many others, and in that classic with her: "It´s a wonderful life". Merry Christmas!
Awesome, but you ruined the ending by posting the next movies and cutting it off. The ending was beautiful, but I had to go somewhere else to see it. Please fix it!

I always thought of Liz Taylor as the most beautiful actress ever. This movie supports my opinion.
I have the same opinion as yours
Looking at a few rushes of the movie, I must admit that Liz Taylor never looked so drop-dead gorgeous!

Well, the older sister was the only responsible person in this melodrama ( cliche …jealousy….)
