It's simply kai ... he has control over every muscle in his body. Every beat in the song gets a move, he doesn't miss a single one + this needs more smoothness and fluidity which comes from his ballet and contemporary background and he gives more attention to the sensuality and flow rather than trying to keep it masculine and shit like others. You really need to let go of your hips and waist movements for this. Male idols in general are usually very stiff in that sense. Female idols would probably cover love shot better and closer to the magic kai shows.
Well kai does now how to control his body while dancing, i see some people saying shit like “he ain’t that good of a dancer” but these type of videos are clearly an example of what an amazing type of dancer kai actually is. He actually feels the music, some people tend to forget to feel the music instead of that they’ll focus on the dance steps. The only one in this video that did a pretty great job to me was sf9’s Taeyang.
