When you compare this to the original Fortiche trailer for ekko that came out 7 years ago, it really shows that passion, attention to detail, artistry and solid animation fundamentals are much more valuable than budget and advancements in technology. No hate to this trailer but ekko has no weight when he moves. It feels more like watching janna than ekko. Gives me way more respect for fortiche
Well the old trailer was more about showing the pain and regrets ekko holds and how even thow he has the power of time he still makes mistakes

I feel like all WR teasers are just generally more casual and light-hearted, since they want to showcase champions that already exist on PC and have their own teaser long before
I think they don’t put much work into wild rift teasers because the PC ones already exist. So having to invest a big budget into another teaser will kinda be unnecessary.
Agree with the no weight comment. Whoever worked at the sound fx department did a lazy job.

yeah true well you know in wild rift they almost all are little diffrent like lux ashe they are not like in pc or pyke in wild rift they all rly are diffrent so for that is normal for wild rift i know it he maybe will be diffrent
@@devill2312 their different because they want ti make the game more unique than the pc and many utem adjustments like infinity edge 50 to 30% increase crit damage

10/10 trailer, this trailer is a huge spoiler on how Ekko's Z- drive will operate in Arcane
The trailer in slightly inaccurate. Ekko travels back in seconds in time meaning he would have to do everything in the trailer all over again.

He can actually do both but Studio Fortiche might go a different direction with his powers.

The cinematic looks super good :) I do think that the idea of him having to redo everything when using his z drive is cooler though like from the original cinematic. It makes ekko feel like there’s more real consequence if he messes up. Just my two sense take it or leave it :) loved this tho

This ekko cinematic is insane, imagine when this was brought into arcane it would be even crazier. I also want to know does rewinding his zero drive also rewinds his timeline and himself which in that case he would be doing it all over again or he can just jump back without affecting the timeline?
I didn't get your question, but what his Z-Drive can do : Bring him a few seconds in the past; stop time in an area for a short moment; make a double of himself from a certain moment and after a while, he'll just fuse with the "clone" and take his place, which was where Ekko was a few seconds ago. Super useful to get away from bad situations.
