For the record Eric does not fire Yaz because of the Harper thing, he just tells her that. Eric is told to get rid of Yaz for the negative publicity about her father. Eric was petty for firing her that way. It was because he was upset with Yaz and Harper.
I love when shows like industry, succession, the bear etc have argument scenes between core characters where they say the WORST things they know they could say to hurt each other
Definitely, if Eric had gone to the meeting he never would have given Harper and Petra a list. As far as Sweetpea if she had told Eric she went to a job interview to work for Harper anyone who has ever worked in corporate America will tell you that would have gotten her fired. It was stupid to go but telling would have made it worse.
What Yazmin did is tantamount to negligent homicide. Knowingly not doing something to prevent a death fits the definition. So when she says she killed her dad, she sort of did.

What an episode. Complex, intense, just brilliant. Harper is INSANE. Man oh man
Sweetpea did tell Eric one episode ago, and he gaslit her! Eric deserves to go down with the ship!
2:44 by Harper not immediately reporting, she's now an accomplice to the crime
Yeah that’s true too
